– **”Client”** refers to any individual or entity that registers to use the Services for posting job vacancies or accessing the CV database.

3. Registration and Account

3. **Account Security**: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of Services
1. **Job Posting**: Clients may post job vacancies on the Website. All job postings must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Clients are solely responsible for the content of their job postings.
2. **CV Database Access**: Clients may access the CV database to search for potential Candidates. Clients agree to use this information solely for recruitment purposes.
3. **Content Standards**: All Content uploaded to the Website must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Content must not infringe any third-party rights or be offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Fees and Payments
1. **Service Fees**: Fees for Services, including job postings and access to the CV database, will be as outlined on the Website. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with prior notice to Clients.
2. **Payment Terms**: Payments for Services must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified on the Website. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
